Important: No cancellations are permitted once a booking is confirmed. The refundable security deposit (₹10,000) will be returned only with the original receipt after inspection of the premises.

Full amount will be charged for the accommodation booked in advance, at the time of booking and bookings will be accepted up to 30 days in advance.
Occupancy beyond the allotted time shall not be permitted under any circumstances.
No cancellation of booking is allowed as per rules. Hence, no refund shall be permissible.
All bookings are INCLUSIVE of normal electricity and water charges within the building premises, Genset shall be charged extra as applicable.
o However, a charge of Rs. 5,000/- per day will be charged extra in case of use of Air Conditioning in the HALL.
For site permissions/decorations etc. made the parties, will themselves have to make arrangements i.e. to obtain permission for Electric connection etc. FROM UTSEB and making payment DIRECT to the authorities concerned. Temporary Electric Connection and Electrical Installments shall be taken at the risk and responsibility of the party/parties concerned. The Bhawan authorities will, in no case, be responsible, in case of failure of Electricity from U.T. Administration. The Guest shall arrange for Genset etc. at their own cost.
The President Kachariya Khukrain Sabha shall be the final authority to deal with any complaint and dispute and the decision shall be final.
Tentage, decorations and catering shall be permitted from outside vendors from the approved vendors list only.
All disputes are subject to Chandigarh Jurisdiction.
o The parties are requested to take care of their belongings themselves. The Bhawan authorities are in no way responsible for any loss, theft occurred during the function or occupation of the Bhawan by the party against their Booking.
Loud speaker with low volume is RESTRICTED upto 10.00PM as per the order of Chandigarh Administration or as applicable time to time.
Fire & Fuel Chullhas shall not be placed on the cemented Platforms. Utensils are to be cleaned/washed on the space provided for the purpose.
Any loss to the Bhawan Property shall be made good by the Guest.
No liquor will be served in the Bhawan without permission from Excise Department. Any violation will be the responsibility of party/parties concerned and penalties shall be levied accordingly.
No security shall be refunded without original receipt.
All existing Government taxes imposed by the U.T. Administration after the booking shall be borne by the party.
All the persons who are going to stay in the Bhawan have to provide KYC details.
Any Violation/Damage to Bhawan Property by the Tent Contractor, Caterer engaged for the function by Party will be at his risk and responsibility.
For functions exceeding 200 persons, a cleaning charge of Rs. 10,000 + GST per day shall be applicable.
Additional charges shall be applicable for Grassy Lawn.
The Bhawan complex is a strictly No Smoking Zone.
Management can change the rates terms and conditions without any notice and rates prevalent at the time of usage shall be applicable.
As per the latest instructions of the Chandigarh Administration, No fire crackers are allowed. Guest are instructed to adhere to the same.
Gambling or any Game Cards etc. is strictly prohibited in the Bhawan Premises.
